Some men hated our country. They hijacked (took over) four passenger planes.

They flew 2 planes into New York City buildings. One hit the Pentagon. The last one crashed in a field.

Read More: The Twin Tower buildings were part of New York’s World Trade Center. The Pentagon is near Washington, D.C. People work for the U.S. Department of Defense there. The last plane did not reach its target. (That most likely was the White House or the Capitol.) Passengers fought the men who took over their plane. It went down in a Pennsylvania field. The lives lost on that terrible day number nearly 3,000. This world is full of grief. Sin still affects our lives. But Jesus will come back! Revelation 21:4 says, “He will wipe away every tear from our eyes, and death shall be no more.”
