Some people break laws.  They go to prison.  Some prisons let these folks make art.  They paint.  They sculpt.  Their art is often about home and family.

Will art help them?  Will they want to obey laws?

Pray prisoners will hear the Gospel.  Pray they will make art that gives Jesus glory.

South Africa has crowded prisons. Some prisoners get out of jail. They break laws again! People want to help them. One prison lets inmates make art. It puts their work on display. Folks buy it. The money buys more art supplies. Some money goes to the painters. Freddy Mongkoai is a prisoner. He feels peaceful when he paints. He hopes to have a gallery someday. Beautiful art is good. But only God can heal us when we break His laws.

“The blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.” (1 John 1:7)
