Old MacDonald had a farm.  What if his garden did not grow well?  What if new plants would grow better?

ECHO stands for Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization. The group began in the early 1970s. First, it helped the poor in Haiti. Later, it began serving around the world. ECHO bought a farm in Florida in 1991. Staff and volunteers teach the best ways to farm. They coach farmers on how to help the soil. They teach which plants make the best food. They sent out over 7,000 seed packets last year.

God taught Adam and Eve how to garden. “This also comes from the Lord of hosts. He is wonderful in counsel.” (Isaiah 28:29)
