He trims roses.  He plants trees and gardens.  All the White House pets like him.  He is Mr. Dale Haney.

Mr. Haney loves his job.  He hopes to stay for years to come.

Read More: Mr. Dale Haney became the White House groundskeeper in 1972. He is 71. It has been a little over 50 years. He wants to keep going! Mr. Haney is in charge of 18 acres. He prunes hundreds of trees and thousands of shrubs. Gardens have to be planted and weeded. Mr. Haney is also kind to animals. President Biden’s German shepherd, Commander, likes to take walks with him.
