Read More: Mr. Damien Vidal is a French chocolatier. He wanted to make something new for a chocolate fair in Paris, France. He started with raspberries, passion fruit, and cassis (blackcurrant). Then he added Carolina Reaper. It is the hottest chili pepper. It is 400 times hotter than a jalapeño. You have to wear gloves to hold one. Mr. Vidal put in a small amount to make his sweets a little spicy. People like them!
