Dignity Kitchen in Hong Kong is like many other cafés. It serves yummy food.

But it is different too. Almost all the workers there have disabilities. Owner Koh Seng Choon sees what they CAN do.

Read More: Mr. Koh is from Singapore. Many of the people who work in his Hong Kong restaurant are disabled. He teaches them how to greet customers, prepare food, answer the phone, and so much more. He wants them to find jobs in other eateries. Then he can help teach more people. Deuteronomy 15:11 reminds us, “You shall open wide to your brother, to the needy, to the poor in your land.”
