Many things make us think about our country.  The flag, Liberty Bell, and White House are a few.

Another is the Lincoln Memorial.  It is 100 years old this summer.  It honors President Lincoln.

Pray: that all our leaders will ask God to help them make wise decisions.

Read More: The statue of President Abraham Lincoln was carved out of white Georgia marble. Much of the monument is made from Colorado marble and Indiana limestone. Marble from Tennessee and Alabama also was used. The National Park Service has celebration festivities planned for the summer. The Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, has an art exhibit to remember the memorial’s anniversary. Proverbs 10:7 says, “The memory of the righteous is a blessing.”
