Gwen was 10. She wanted to be a baseball bat girl. Girls were not allowed back then.
Times change. Her dream came true sixty years later. She was a Yankees bat girl for a day!

She threw out an honorary pitch. She sat in the dugout. That was a good day for Mrs. Goldman. But Psalm 37:4 tells us of something even better: “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
