Is that a real cat looking at you?  No.  It is made from felted wool.

Sachi is an artist in Japan.  She makes small cat faces.  Owners love their cat portraits.

Pray: Thank God for sheep and the wool they give us. Thank Him that we can make all kinds of things from that wool.

Read More: Sachi has three cats of her own. She does wakuneco. It means “frame cat.” One cat face takes her about a month to finish. She pokes layers of natural wool with a special needle. The wool forms a shape after lots of poking. And it looks fuzzy. Has someone you know ever felted wool? Another way to do this is by sloshing the wool in very hot water. God told Moses, “You shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen and blue and purple and scarlet yarns.” (Exodus 26:1)
