Esma saw a problem.  Dolls in the store did not have the right clothes.  They did not look like they came from her country.

Esma made them new clothes.  People buy dolls from her now!

Pray: Thank God for making many countries. He made every people group. Each has its own language and customs.

Esma Gljiva is an 11-year-old from Bosnia. Her family enjoys folk dancing. Dancers wear traditional Bosnian costumes. Esma started making folk costumes for dolls this summer. She sews scarves and aprons. One doll gets gold trim on her blue jacket. Another gets a red sash for her waist. Esma calls them “Bosnian Barbie dolls.” She plans to make clothes for a Bosnian Ken. Orders for dolls give Esma some handy pocket money.

All peoples, nations, and languages were made to serve Jesus and give God glory. (Daniel 7:13-14)
