Mr. C. works on cars with a team.  He can not hear.  He watches others speak.  He guesses what they say.  That is hard to do.

The team members learn sign language.  They understand each other better.

Pray: Thank God for sign language.  It helps people connect with more friends.

Mr. Michael Connolly is a 45-year-old autoworker in England. He is deaf. He works with 25 people on a team that paints car bumpers for Nissan. Four team members are hard of hearing. The hearing members chose to learn British Sign Language. Now the workers communicate together better. They discuss their kids, sports, what they do over weekends, and more. What does Mr. Connolly think about team members learning to sign? He gives them two thumbs up!
