Surprise!  This baby rhino came 10 days early.  A worker found him next to his mom.  There are not many of these rhinos left.

The baby can stand and walk.  What should his name be?

Pray people will be able to care well for this rhino. May many more rhinos be born!

A rhino baby was born at a sanctuary in Indonesia for Sumatran rhinos. He arrived in late November. He was 55 pounds! There are fewer than 50 of these animals on Earth. Their tropical forest habitat is often damaged. Too many people kill rhinos for their horns. Some use horns to make ornaments. Many in Asia also use the horns to make traditional medicines. Laws protect the Sumatran rhino in Indonesia. These rhinos live about 35 to 40 years.

The psalmist calls for all beasts to praise the Lord. (Psalm 148:10)
