Mrs. Serepta Arrington is 100 years old. She and her twin sister were born in 1922 in North Carolina. Mrs. Arrington grew up during the Great Depression. She was seven when she and her sister walked barefoot with their family for 200 miles. They went to be near relatives in Georgia. They worked long hours in cotton fields. The twins later joined the Women’s Army Corps during World War II. They took care of wounded or sick soldiers.

“To gray hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear.” (Isaiah 46:4)
